Fusion of The Senses: October "Fashion" Edition.

Seeing that October is "Fashion Month" here in the great city of Houston, which Fashion Week coming to a close last week, we feel that it is only appropriate to have FOTS to follow suit!

This month, FOTS will be hosted by esteemed fashion designer Toni Whitaker. Whitaker was recently featured in Fashion Houston and put on a fabulous show!

Event Details: There is a $10 minimum donation at door. Partial proceeds to the YMCA of Greater Houston Westland Family. YMCA Partners Campaign is committed to making a positive impact on kids and families through programs and services that nurture life and leadership skills, positive communication skills, team work and service to others.

Billy Reid Fall 2010 Fashion Show.

Last night, PPR was sitting front row in attendance to "Southern Bred Luxury: Billy Reid Fall Fashion Show". The event was held at Porshe Audi West Houston, commemorating the launch of the Audi A8.

The show, hosted by KPRC reporter Hasti Taghi, was coordinated by 002houston magazine + Porshe Audi, in conjunction with Fashion Houston. There were southern hospitality bites from various restaurants, libations, music and pop up shop!

I must say, this was a great way to get everyone in the spirit of HOUSTON Fashion Week, starting October 11.

Now, we didn't take many pics (we like to leave that to the professionals). However, we did snap a few to give you all an idea!

This Washington corridor former warehouse turned new green-centric, vintage gastro lounge will serve affordable locally-sourced, organic dishes, as well as cocktails, spirits, and a variety of boutique and undiscovered wines. Fox Hollow will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays for happy hour and dinner.
